Launching the Glass Courtyard at Chapel House Estate

The Brief:

Chapel House Estate asked us to support with the launch of their much-anticipated Glass Courtyard, a brand-new ‘inside-outside’ celebration space in April 2025.

The Activity:

Working collaboratively with the client marketing team, we managed invites for the launch event which was attended by 62 people including press, influencers, stakeholders and partners.

Nine local lifestyle influencers were among the attendees, between them generating over 50 posts across social platforms including stories and evergreen grid posts.

The Results:

The press launch generated 27 pieces of national and local coverage, including Global Travel Media, Your Kent Wedding and Ramsgate Recorder, totalling almost 400K engagement. It has also helped to generate a pipeline of interest in review stays from a range of publications from national newspapers to consumer magazines.

Following the launch of the Glass Courtyard, the Chapel House Estate team have seen a significant increase in enquiries, which were up by 40% year-on-year in May 2025.
