Increasing brand awareness for Mulberry Cottages

The Brief:

To enhance Mulberry Cottages’ presence in the holiday lettings market. Through a highly targeted proactive press office programme, we positioned Mulberry Cottages as the leading boutique holiday lettings agency in the market, whilst simultaneously targeting property owners to expand the company’s lettings portfolio.

The Activity:

The team designed a creative content programme of topical and seasonal travel news stories and roundups targeted to key media in order to to strengthen messaging to their relevant audience while activating a programme of press stays for top tier media.
We supported Mulberry Cottages with their advocacy project, using special events to target property owners encouraging them to add their property to Mulberry Cottages’ portfolio. This also resulted in the owners and their properties being included in press articles promoting their properties and Mulberry Cottages in regional, interior design, property and finance press.

The Results:

Over a 12-month period, the campaign delivered over 100 pieces of coverage including in Conde Nast Traveller, ELLE, The Telegraph, The Times, Stella, Country Life, Country and Townhouse and Forbes.com.
